– Life in the UK Test preparation

This is a computer-based test of 45 minutes within which you are to answer 24 questions about British traditions and customs.  You will be tested on information in the official handbook for the Life in the UK Test.  The topics of study are divided into the following Chapters:

Chapter 1: The values and the Principles of the UK.

Chapter 2: What is the UK?

Chapter 3: A Long and Illustrious History.

Chapter4: A Modern, Thriving Society.

Chapter 5: The UK Government, the Law, and Your Role.

We understand that some candidates are competent in the English language but simply do not have the time or leeway to shut down and assign themselves some study time at home as home duties and responsibilities take over.  In such instances, we have noted that such candidates benefit from signing up to our learning and exam preparation programs as this way they know they need to set aside this time for their learning.

For candidates whose first language is not English, we do our best to support them by translating related information into a language the candidate can comfortably relate to.  We have also had the experience of training candidates who cannot read English, but we have been able to work with them by capitalising on their English speaking and listening skills.
